Racing Simulator Hire
Networked racing sims with Fanatec direct drive wheels, multiplayer races and a digital leaderboard. The most competitive thing at your event, delivered and set up anywhere in the UK.
What's included
Every racing simulator is a complete rig: a racing seat on a flight-case base with LED lighting, a large screen on a stand, and a Fanatec ClubSport DD+ direct drive wheel with pedals. We bring everything, set it up and test it before your guests arrive.
- Fanatec ClubSport DD+ direct drive wheel bases, rated by Fanatec at up to 18 Nm, for real force feedback through every corner
- Assetto Corsa EVO, the latest sim from the makers of Assetto Corsa, with realistic road and race cars on famous circuits
- Networked multiplayer so every sim races in the same session, side by side
- Digital leaderboard showing live lap times and the fastest drivers all event long
- Runs fully offline, so there's no venue Wi-Fi or internet needed
- Arcade-style quick start: guests are on track in a couple of presses of the wheel

Racing car simulator hire, done properly
Plenty of companies offer racing car simulator hire, but the kit varies a lot. Many event sims use entry-level, belt or gear-driven wheels that feel vague and numb. Ours use Fanatec ClubSport DD+ direct drive wheel bases, the kind of hardware keen sim racers buy for their own rigs. You feel the tyres bite, the kerbs rattle through the wheel and the back end start to slide.
We pair that with Assetto Corsa EVO, a true racing simulator with realistic physics, and set it up arcade-style so first-timers are on track in seconds. Sim racing hire works for every audience: competitive sales teams, exhibition visitors, wedding guests and car enthusiasts who want to see how quick they really are.
Whether you call it race sim hire, sim racing hire or racing car simulator hire, you get the same thing: proper simulators, a live leaderboard and a crew who make the whole thing run smoothly.

Head-to-head multiplayer racing
Our sims are linked on their own cabled network, so everyone races in the same session. Line up four, six or more drivers on the grid and watch the rivalry build, with the five-light start sequence getting every race under way.
Because the network is ours, it works anywhere: exhibition halls, marquees, hotel ballrooms and offices, with no venue Wi-Fi or internet needed.
Digital leaderboard for scores & competitions
Every booking can include our digital leaderboard: a separate screen that shows drivers' lap times live as they race, with the fastest at the top. It turns a few laps into a real competition, and guests come back again and again to take top spot.
- Live lap times and positions, updated as people race
- Fastest-lap competitions with a prize for the winner
- Hourly or daily champions to keep the queue going
- Your logo and colours on the leaderboard screen
- Runs offline on our own network, like the sims

How to run a sim racing competition
Practice laps
Guests get a couple of laps to learn the car and the track.
Timed laps
Every driver sets a hot lap. The digital leaderboard ranks them live.
Head-to-head final
The fastest drivers race wheel to wheel on the networked sims.
Podium
Prizes for the fastest driver, plus hourly or team champions.
One sim or a full grid

Twin sims
Two sims side by side for stands and smaller events. Perfect for head-to-head challenges.

Four-player racing
Our most popular set-up for parties, staff days and conferences. Proper wheel-to-wheel racing.

Tournament grids
Six, seven or more sims for tournaments, leagues and big corporate events.
Space, power & set-up
Each sim arrives on its own flight-case base and is wheeled into place, so we need level access or a lift to your room or stand. We set up and test everything before your guests arrive, then pack down at the end.
- Space: tell us your room or stand size and we'll plan a layout that keeps walkways clear
- Power: standard mains sockets near the set-up area. We'll confirm exactly what's needed in your quote
- Indoors or covered: the sims need to stay dry, so outdoor events need a marquee or cover
- Staff: an attendant can stay all event to run races, the leaderboard and the prize-giving

Racing simulator hire FAQ
What is racing simulator hire?
Racing simulator hire means we bring complete sim racing rigs to your event: a racing seat, a large screen, a Fanatec direct drive wheel and pedals, running a realistic racing game. We deliver, set up, run and collect everything.
What's the difference between a racing simulator and an arcade driving game?
An arcade driving game uses a simple wheel and exaggerated physics. A racing simulator models how real cars grip, brake and slide, and a direct drive wheel lets you feel it through your hands. Ours are set up arcade-style to start, so they're still easy for beginners.
Do the simulators need internet or Wi-Fi at the venue?
No. Our sims run completely offline, including multiplayer races and the leaderboard. They're linked by our own cabled network, so they work in exhibition halls, marquees, hotels and offices with no Wi-Fi at all.
Can guests race against each other?
Yes. All the sims are networked, so guests can race head to head in the same session while the leaderboard tracks the fastest laps. You can also run single-player time trials for a fastest-lap competition.
Are the sims easy for beginners?
Very. We set them up arcade-style, so guests go straight into the car with a couple of presses of the wheel, and the settings are locked so nobody can change them by accident. Keen sim racers still get proper direct drive force feedback.
How much space do the racing simulators need?
Each sim sits on its own flight-case base with the screen on a stand at the front. Tell us the space you have and how many sims you'd like, and we'll plan a layout that fits and keeps walkways clear.
Can we run a tournament or fastest-lap competition?
Yes. Run timed laps all day with the digital leaderboard on show, then race the fastest drivers head to head in a final. It's a great way to keep guests coming back.
How many people can have a go?
It depends on how long each driver gets. With short timed laps and our quick-start set-up, the queue moves quickly. Tell us your guest numbers and we'll suggest how many sims you need.
Do you supply staff to run the sims?
Our crew delivers, sets up and tests every sim before your guests arrive. An attendant can stay to run races, reset the leaderboard and keep the queue moving. Just ask when you book.
Are you insured, and do you supply risk assessments?
Yes. We're part of JM Entertainment, which holds public and employer's liability insurance. Our equipment is PAT tested, and we supply risk assessments when you book, ready for your venue or event organiser.
