Fanatec Simulator Hire
Every one of our racing simulators runs a Fanatec ClubSport DD+ direct drive wheel base. It's the difference between playing a driving game and feeling a real car through your hands.
Fanatec ClubSport DD+
Fanatec is one of the best-known names in sim racing hardware, and the ClubSport DD+ is a serious direct drive wheel base. Fanatec rates it at up to 18 Nm of torque, with its strong motor connected straight to the steering wheel.
For your guests, that means steering that feels weighted and alive. You feel the front tyres grip as you turn in, the kerbs as you clip an apex and the rear stepping out under power, all with no lag or slack.
*Torque rating as published by Fanatec. We set force feedback up for event use.

Direct drive vs belt-driven wheels
Many event simulators use entry-level wheels that drive the steering through belts or gears. They work, but the feedback is filtered, notchy or vague. A direct drive base removes all of that: the motor is the steering shaft, so every detail from the sim comes straight through.
That's why we built our hire fleet around Fanatec direct drive. Keen sim racers notice straight away, and first-timers find the car easier to control because the wheel tells them what's happening.

Fanatec + Assetto Corsa EVO
A great wheel needs a great sim behind it. Our rigs run Assetto Corsa EVO, with realistic physics and detailed force feedback that the ClubSport DD+ passes straight to your hands. Networked multiplayer and the digital leaderboard turn it into a proper competition.
Fanatec simulator FAQ
Which Fanatec wheel bases do your simulators use?
Every rig uses a Fanatec ClubSport DD+ direct drive wheel base, which Fanatec rates at up to 18 Nm of torque.
What is a direct drive wheel?
A direct drive wheel base has the steering wheel mounted straight onto a powerful motor, with no belts or gears in between. That gives stronger, smoother and more detailed force feedback, so you feel exactly what the car is doing.
Is a direct drive wheel safe for beginners?
Yes. We set the force feedback up for events, so it feels realistic without being a workout, and the settings are locked so guests can't change them.
Why does the wheel matter so much?
The wheel is how a simulator talks to you. Cheaper belt or gear-driven wheels feel vague. A direct drive base passes on the grip, kerbs and slides in fine detail, which makes driving more intuitive and much more fun.
Do the simulators need internet or Wi-Fi at the venue?
No. Our sims run completely offline, including multiplayer races and the leaderboard. They're linked by our own cabled network, so they work in exhibition halls, marquees, hotels and offices with no Wi-Fi at all.
