How does the bespoke branding process work?
Once you book, we send print templates for the parts that can be branded. You drop in your artwork (or brief us), we send a proof to approve, then we print and fit everything before your event.
What can be branded?
Screen surrounds, header panels above the screens, a custom branding plinth and the digital leaderboard. If you have other ideas for your stand or event, ask and we'll tell you what's possible.
What is a branded plinth?
A plinth is a printed panel unit in your artwork that sits with the simulator, giving it a clean, finished look on your stand. It's a great place for your logo, a campaign message or competition details.
What file format do you need for artwork?
Vector artwork (PDF, AI or EPS) or high-resolution images work best. Our templates show bleed and safe zones so nothing important gets trimmed.
How much notice do you need for branded simulators?
The more the better, but allow at least two weeks before your event for templates, proofing and printing. Tell us your date and we'll confirm what's possible.
Can we keep the branded panels?
Talk to us. For repeat clients and touring events we can store your panels ready for the next booking.
